Are you a philosopher? Agnostic?
Christian? Jew? Wiccan? Atheist?
We are in this world together. You are welcome here.
Do you find your life magical, but lacking in services to accomodate your individuality?
My nickname is Rebekah. I am an ordained minister of the Universal Church of Life. My mission is to help people mold a quality of life according to their personal beliefs and spiritual needs. As a non-religious child who attended catholic school in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi in 1987, I first became aware of the power of ceremonial experience. Throughout grade school, I studied 'magic' for fun as a child. By the age of 16, I delved with curiousity into practices of Hopi (Native American) origin, attending Rainbow Gatherings (started by a Berkley students in the 1970s).
My next inspiration was Aristotle's Nicomachean Ethics, which I studied at the University of Alabama, Birmingham before attending Jacksonville State University, Los Angeles City College, and Santa Monica College, where I still study. Learning is a lifelong process for me. Sharing is inherent. I have played part in ceremonies and contemplations amongst Kabbalists, where I taught music to preschoolers; Southern Baptists, predominant in my home state; I was even Baptized against the will of my agnostic parents. I sang choir in a Pentecostal church in North Alabama for a very short time.
I was born Jewish. I am a philanthropist, a musician, and a catalyst. My mission is to serve as a coordinator for those who, like myself, have become 'between the lines' of norms. Meeting you in the intersection, I will help you build a bridge.
